Please find below what you should do according to the shipment method you have chosen:

-Standard tracked:

If there are no updates available via the tracking number you received via email: it could be that your order is stuck in customs. Use your tracking number and contact your local postal service.  

Tracking says there was a failed delivery attempt, but you can't find any further information: orders that can't be delivered are put on hold at your local post office for 7 days. You can contact them directly and use your tracking number for further inquiries. 

-Premium tracked:

If there are no updates available via the tracking number you received via email or tracking says there was a failed delivery attempt, but you can't find any further information, please use your tracking number and contact DHL / FedEx customer service.
