Untracked shipping: no tracking is involved

- Standard tracked: Check your inbox for an email from rubycares@rubycup.com with the subject: "Shipping Notification". This email is sent out approximately 24 hours after you place your order. The email provides you with your international tracking number which you can use for tracking your order via Spring GDS and, once arrived in your country, as well via the website of your local post service.

Premium tracked: You should have received your tracking number by email directly from Fedex or DHL (if you haven’t received it, please contact us at rubycares@rubycup.com).
