I haven't received my order, what should I do?

Our shipping and delivery service differs depending on where you order to in the world. Please find out which delivery service is available for your country of destination and what the expected delivery times are here.

If your country of destination is included in our tracked shipping service, you can check the status of your order using the tracking number you received via email from shipmentalert@myshippingsystem.com on the Spring GDS website.

If your country of destination is not included in our tracked shipping service, please allow your order the estimated time to arrive.

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery time or you have trouble tracking your order, please contact us at contact@rubycup.com, and we'll help you with your missing order.
