How can I change my order?

If you have just placed an order via the Ruby Cup online shop, shop.rubycup.com, and realise you need to make a change, e.g. correct the delivery address or change an item, please contact us immediately at contact@rubycup.com

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours after you placed your order, so there's only a limited time to make any changes to it before dispatch.

If your order has already been dispatched, when your request reaches us, you can always refer to our Cancellation Policy or our Money Back Guarantee.
