Does my order have a tracking number?

Our shipping and delivery service differs depending on where you order to in the world.

To find out if your country is included in our tracked shipping service, please have a look here.

If your country is included in our tracked shipping service:

Additionally to an order confirmation and a dispatch email, you will also receive a tracking number from us. To track your order follow the link in your email or go to the Spring GDS website.

Please note that your tracked order will be delivered by your local postal service.

If your order is not included in our tracked shipping service:

You will receive both an order confirmation email from us and another email confirming when your order is dispatched. Your order is shipped with Royal Mail from the UK and will be delivered by your local postal service. Find out about the estimated delivery times in the "Countries not included in our tracked shipping service" section on our shipping information page.
